Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 Vs. Sigma 17-70mm f/2.8-4.6

Hi there my fellow camera hobbyist!!! ... 'been thinking lately of upgrading my lens (finally after so many "year".. lol). and kinda choosing between these two lenses.. what do you think is a better all around lens???
